Northern California's Shadowbox Theory is an alternative rock band that formed in 2007. In the short time the band has been
together, Shadowbox Theory has successfully written and produced their self titled EP "Shadowbox Theory" as well as shared the stage with such notable acts
as Adema, Airbourne, One Side Zero, N2Deep, and Nova.
Since the early release of their self titled EP, the band has experienced success on multiple levels. The band has been featured on local and national radio
stations, and can been heard consistently on internet radio. In 2008, the band took to the road and completed their west coast and midwest tour delivering
energy-packed live shows at some of the country's most sought after venues.
Shadowbox Theory has developed a signature sound that can be described as intensely melodic while aggressively riding the mainstream edge. The band has
established a reputation for delivering richly composed music with passionate and intense vocals. Shadowbox Theory continues to emerge with raw and powerful
music that reaches out and grabs the soul. The band's musical style embodies a sound that appeals to audiences of multiple genres and their achievements are
clearly a foretelling of what is to come.
Shadowbox Theory features the heavy, driving guitars of
Dan Vidovich and
Moe
Crummett, the warm, artistic vocals of
Spencer Mitchell, the skillful, low end of
