I've been claiming an announcement regarding the future of ShadowCast Audio is imminent for some time. That time is now. For the sake of dark fiction lovers everywhere I reached out to three of the most respected editors in the genre market. Beginning February 18th 2011 ShadowCast Audio will bring you new fiction bi-weekly from three of the top markets and top editors.

On 02/18/11 Steven Marshall from SNM Horror Magazine gives us their Story of the Month from the January Jambalaya 2011 Issue 2.

On 03/04/11 S.E. Cox from House of Horror Magazine will give us their top selection from the new issue.

On 03/18/11 Rhonda Parrish from NiteBlade Magazine treats us with the best of an upcoming issue.

We will continue with this every other week audio format for the foreseeable future after these dates. Look guys, each of these magazines publish only the best stories each month, and I, along with several other great voices, will bring them to you just as we always have, so I know you will enjoy them. My hope is that you will keep coming back for more, stopping only long enough to go to the magazines websites and sign up for immediate subscriptions and read a few of their excellent stories.

This is gonna kick ass, tell everyone you know. It will quite possibly the biggest and best thing in podcasting this year. Be a part of it. To get in on the action and be sure you don't miss a thing, subscribe to ShadowCastAudio today, via email, RSS or I-Tunes. Below is each Editors Bio as well as a little about each Magazine.

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel SIREN will be in stores everywhere at the end of July! I hope you'll take a look at this dark (and wet!) novel of obsession; I really think it's one of my best works.

I'll be debuting it this weekend at the Famous Monsters Convention in Indianapolis, but you can pre-order a copy now on Amazon.com, or take a peek at the evocative art of the limited hardcover edition over at The Horror Mall.

Bryan Smith, author of The Killing Kind called Siren,
"A richly lyrical and melancholic meditation on loss and desperate yearning. It is also a superbly effective exercise in soul-ripping terror. Modern horror doesn’t get much better than this".

And Jonathan Maberry, author of The Wolfman said, "With Siren, John Everson brings horror fiction back to its roots: scary, sexy and surprising. His best work yet"!
