  • General

    I am a real person... just thuoght I'd get that out of the way in case anyone thought this was a fake profile. :) - I'm terrible with putting links on my blogs - - I can be a smart-mouth at times, but I'd be horrified if I found out I hurt someone because of it. - I love to write, but I'm not a writer - that's for the good one's around here. I'm here because I homeschool my three kids and I need contact with the outside world & a creative outlet.

    I think all music has value - even if it's 'not my type':)

  • Movies

    Big fan of old movies, but then .. any movie you've never seen before is new.

  • Television

    I rotted my brain out on too much TV when I was young, but I'm a sucker for- House, CSI Law and Order CI

  • Books

    I like many..but I really like ones that have a lot of imagery/metaphor and can be applied to life in real time. Some fav. authors are: C.S. Lewis, Marcus Aurelius, Faust, William Blake, Rudyard Kipling, C.S Forrester, F.H. Burnett, Conan Doyle, Tennyson, Andrew Patterson, Vonegut and of course my ancestor................... Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.. :) Some of my fav. books are: Screw Tape Letters, Pilgims Progress, A Christmas Carol, Sword of Truth series
