If you can't find anybody you like in THAT list, you must be crazy!! | | Movies | I like a lot of different kinds of movies too. I'd have to say I like comedies, action movies, and psychological thrillers are the favs though. I spose my fav actors and actresses include: Jim Carrey, Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, Kevin Spacey, Edward Norton, John Trevolta, Brad Pitt, Denzel Washington, Eva Mendes, Angelina Jolie, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Elisha Cuthbert, and I know there are a lot that I'm missing. | | Television | I watch more TV than I used to, guess that happens when your XBOX breaks. The shows that I really like are 24, MythBusters (those guys are awesome!!), and pretty much anything on the History Channel. And CSI. That one's good too. And of course the NFL, when it's on. GO PANTHERS!!!!! I can't seem to get my southern roots out, no matter how hard I try -- I watch NASCAR too. | | Books | I really got back into reading when I was deployed to Iraq, so I've read all of John Grisham's novels except "A Painted House" (I never could get into that); "The Da Vince Code," "Angels & Demons," all of Dan Brown's books. And the author that really has me hooked is James Patterson. I've read a lot of his books, mostly out of order, but I like his Alex Cross novels the most. The most recent good book I read was "The Five People You Meet In Heaven" by Mitch Albom. It has a really cool way of showing you how people can really affect other people's lives without even knowing them. | | Heroes | My personal heroes are my dad, my big brother, and the guys I know that have been killed or wounded in action out in Iraq. |

About me:
I started my little MySpace page here when I was in Iraq to pass the time and give me something to do, but as it turns out, I've been able to catch up with a lot of my old friends. Here is my "About Me" section... So I'm in the Army, been in for 4 1/2 years and have another 2 1/2 to go ... I was raised very strict and conservative Baptist ... I'm a hopeless romantic ... Spanish was my first language, but I can hardly speak any anymore ... sometimes I surprise myself with my own intelligence ... I'm the black sheep of the family ... I like all kinds of music except country, but I used to listen to country (for years) ... I hate people that take pictures of themselves while they're on the phone ... I'm fiercely loyal when it comes to friends ... I'm the most stubborn guy you'll ever meet ... I'm trying to get stationed in Germany so I can see Europe on the government's dime ... I was born in Mexico City ... people that can't spell and can't speak get on my nerves like you wouldn't believe ... I love photography, but I haven't had the chance to do much picture taking recently ... I was overseas from May of 2003 to August of 2005, now I'm in El Paso ... everyone I know from my teenage years is getting married ... I've always wanted to travel ...

Who I'd like to meet:
Gilbert Godfrey, Jesus, my dad's dad, Tom Cruise, Robert Johnson (the best blues man ever), Sun Tzu, and a bazillion others that I can't think of right now
