Try one of our classes in: Yoga, Tai Qi, Qi Gong, and Dance (Check out the current schedule blog for more details)! We have several workshops a month to choose from, lots of weekend events and bodywork that will change the way you do everything!

Come early or stay late and relax in our cafe. We serve coffee, espresso and tea - all ORGANIC. We also have Boba Bubble Tea, Pirates Chai and home-made Indian food. Bring your computer because we have free wireless internet for your convenience.

Our store sells martial arts and yoga supplies, herbs, incense, henna, organic oils, books, music and authentic merchandise from India, Thailand, and China.
