First of all, we have to point out that this band is FICTIONAL. It is part of a book that is about to be written by two really, really unfamiliar authors. This is meant to be a parody of other so called "mainstream" bands, and is not meant to offend anybody whatsoever.
Shallow Shadows was founded by the lead singer Iron aka Steward Blake, in 2006.
Iron has said that he wondered how he could help young kids that was struggling with their life, and he meant that founding a band (a band that understood everyones feelings, regardless to gender, sexual orientation or age) would be the right way. He called up his two friends, Gary and Steve. They got together with Ashley Marie O'Malley and Riley Burrows, who earlier had lost their band in a tragic accident.
Shortly after, Shallow Shadows got signed by a major label, and their first single, "You Make Me Dead" sold 2336286328761282 copies during the first six hours.
