After releasing several successful independent records, shame released Brighter Than Gold on Treasure Records in the spring of 2005. The single from Brighter Than Gold entitled I Walked received airplay at numerous radio stations throughout the tri-state region. Shame has also performed their music on television programs such as NBCs Live at 10, One on One with Steve Adubato, and CN8s Your Morning. As 2005 concluded, shame was the recipient of the Gold Leaf Award for being voted as best live local/regional rock band by the readers of Berks County Living.
Currently, shame is performing regularly at many renowned music venues in the Mid-Atlantic region. Shame is currently working in a brand new CD which will have all new material!
