Guitarist, Composer and Educator, Shane Peters holds a bachelors degree in Jazz Guitar from Western Connecticut State University. While maintaining his firm roots in the blues, Shane continues to turn heads in the jazz realm. He has played professionally with Jonathan Blanck, Trever Sommerville, Chris DeAngelis and Andrew Beals who recently ended his 14 year tenure with legendary organist Brother Jack McDuff. Shane has studied with Chris Morrison, Jamie Begian and Andrew Beals. He leads his own acoustic trio and organ trio which performs regularly throughout the tri-state area.
