SHANKS II: HABIT
The sequel to "Shanks" will begin shooting over the Christmas period of 2006, announced Fisher in a press conference on the 1st December. "The screenplay is having a brief re-draft right now because there was a lot of time left loose after Larry's serious illness. I'm glad to announce that he's on the road to recovery and maybe soon we can get a video blog out for everyone to see how he's doing." said Fisher.
"Habit" introduces five new major characters in to Rusty's world.These are:
Blinky and Banky
Rusty's stoner housemates
Aggie
A confused tree hugger
Akemi
Rusty's ex-girlfriend
and last but not least
Yuri
A crazy squatter at Rusty's flat.
The film is likely to last for about twenty minutes and promises another ball-achingly funny appearance from Barry Fisher as Malick as well as a very brief cameo by director Darren Fisher. Fisher also revealed that acclaimed producer Oleg Loginov is working over the screenplay as well as playing a part in the film but a lot of information is being witheld at this point for legal reasons.
