Writing, love, music, spirituality, tabla drum beats, astrology, reading, did I say writing? Also love to game and design websites (been doing so since '97). My latest crusade is espousing self-love.
Music
Just about anything except popular "pop" crap and the vast majority of country. Def Leppard, however, will always be my favorite band of all time. My fave-of-the-moment changes all the time; currently I've been non-stop-spinning Tabla Beat Science and have become madly, passionately entranced by anything involving the soul-tingling beat of the tabla drums.
Movies
More than I can fit here, I'm sure, but let's see if I can think of a few...Braveheart, Practical Magic, Frida, Saved, Fight Club, True Romance, Fried Green Tomatoes, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Gia, S.F.W., Freeway, The Fifth Element.
Television
Samurai Champloo, The Golden Girls, Law & Order, Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Most Extreme Challenge, and pretty much whatever is spinning on the Adult Swim track. Other than that, I really don't watch much TV - too much time on the computer.
Books
The Count of Monte Cristo, Wuthering Heights, The Time Traveler's Wife, Star Signs, and Roget's Super Thesaurus (don't write without it!)
Heroes
Nikola Tesla, Thomas Jefferson, Isadora Duncan, Albert Einstein, Rob Brezsny, and Lance Morel, for finishing the journey; enjoy your next trip around the sun, brother, you earned it.
Freelancer who writes a little bit of everything: fiction, non-fiction, celeb gossip, erotica, grocery lists, opinion, epic and fantastical generations-long genealogies that lead to nothing, poetry, brainfarts, and essay.
"A billion stars go spinning through the night, blazing high above your head. But in you is the presence that will be, when all the stars are dead."

Open-minded, opinionated, pithy little Scorpio who is an INFP personality type and a walking contradiction.

As I have hit the big 3-0 mark (which I'm honestly excited about), I'm trying to be more positive; which is why I decided (not without much heartache) to abandon Star Suck and Fan Suck. It was a hard decision and now I have no where to direct my ire at the farcical world of celebrity, but there it is.
I desperately miss writing those blogs, but I'm really trying to concentrate more of my energy into Love My Gut, a positive self-image site, and Bleeding Out the Pain, a helpful and (I hope) informative, self-injury site for all those lost self-harmers out there. I'm TRYING to be good...even if it makes me feel like a wuss sometimes. ;P

I love the thing about the Brandon Family greaveyard. How historical and educating (I looked it on line with the website that it gave). I love history and stuff like that. I want to find it on the Natchez trace and tour it. Keep in touch. I miss you! Love you too!
