MySpace a place for friends

I grew up in San Diego and I've been through some rough spots in life. I moved to Arizona in November of 2003 and I can't help but miss the weather but I won't be going anywhere anytime soon. There is plenty that I could have done differently and many things I wish I had but regret doesn't do much for anyone.

I always end up being an extreme in many viewpoints. Those who know me, love me and those who hate me, judge me. I don't really care much about opinions because they don't serve much purpose.

I'm a genuine person; what you see is what you get. I'm honest and upfront about everything with nothing to hide. Sometimes it gets me into trouble because I step on toes but I'm really working on giving the truth in love. I love to be spontanious within reason and I try not to get angry at much of anything. I don't like it when people have to put up a front and try to be something that they are not.

Every now and again I love to reminise about old friends so if you knew me back in the day, whether you were my friend, my brother's friend or someone I met in passing, I wont bite you for saying hi. I miss a lot of the people I've talked to throughout my life. I wonder about who they married, how their lives turned out, or if I was ever on their mind at some point. I have loved deeply and lost a lot. I have matured a lot in the last years but I still have the same big heart and I think I'm a little more fighsty.

I am happily married to a good-hearted man who takes good care of me. I still dream of being the fairytale princess. The one I think I associate with the most is Princess Fiona from "Shrek" (BEFORE her ogerish self)

I still have big dreams where money is not an issue. It's how I grew up and it's how I want to live out my life. Things are so simple when you have more than enough. I always wanted a simple life that would allow me the ability to enjoy the best moments that are free. There is nothing better in life than standing on the pier at the point where the waves break and listening for hours whith my eyes shut as each wave carries all the cares of life away.

I have found a new love for kick-boxing and I hope to compete someday. I never though I would like a contact sport but I found out that I have the personality for it and it's really adicting. It challenges me in every way and allows me to be competitive. I have no doubt that I will end up with a few trophies but until then, I'm in training.

I'm still hopelessly romantic and that will never change except for the fact that I am a little more realistic now. I love to read, write, paint, draw, and learn new things and new ways to express my love for art and beauty. I'm not afraid of hard work and I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

With God's help, I have grown a lot in the past few years and I have become so much better at being me - happily. I genuinly care about people and love to see them gain a new understanding of their value and change their lives for the better.

It's too bad that most people waste their lives because they don't put enough value on who they are.

I would like everyone who reads this to know that you are valuable. I don’t care who you are or what you’ve done in your life; you are still valuable, your life is precious and there are a great many things you can do with this life if you choose to learn how.

Don’t be afraid to believe in yourself and stop listening to the people who don't believe in you. Only you can change your destiny. I believe in you because I know what people are capable of. "If we all did the things we are capable of, we would literally astound ourselves."

Life is truly an awesome experience and I thoroughly enjoy the ride. I truly enjoy every moment in life because no matter what happens I just keep doing what I do best
