Shannon Rider & her band have been rockin' audiences in and around Sonoma County for the past ten years. She has built a strong reputation as one of the premier voices on the West Coast. After being recognized by MCA record producer David Haley in Nashville, he advised Shannon to return to California and build her fanbase. Since then she's gone on to compete in the Nashville Star competition, landing 2nd place in the Northern California division, then won first place at her local Colgate Country Showdown competition. Along the way she has been the opening act for such stars as: Toby Keith, Tracy Lawrence, Blake Shelton, John Michael Montgomery, Trace Adkins- & most recently for a sold out Konocti Amphitheatre opening for the legendary Hank Williams Jr. <
