Repérée sur scène par un directeur artistique d’Insol’hit projects, Shanycia réinvente les genre musicaux de son temps, les saupoudrant tour à tour d’humour, d’érotisme suggestif, et même d’auto-dérision, n’hésitant pas à bousculer tous les clichés du genre.
Sur des mélodies accrocheuses alternant rythmes actuels, principalement RnB avec une touche d’électro, et ballades plus soul, Shanycia endosse, en 14 chansons, plusieurs rôles mettant en scène ou croquant au vitriol un « air du temps » avec ses multiples travers, mais aussi les espoirs qu’une nouvelle génération peut porter en elle.
1er Extrait de son futur album « Bankable » (clin d’oeil à la politique marketing basée sur la notoriété des acteurs qui se pratique au cinéma), Bling-Bling dépeint les travers d’une société qui ne jure que par le brillant, la poudre aux yeux et la frime.
Exit donc les clichés, au profit d’un titre efficace, aux mots bien aiguisés. Restait à faire passer le message avec glamour et sans violence, voilà qui est fait grâce à la voix toute en nuances de Shanycia
Timide, voire réservée au quotidien, la belle explose de vitalité dès qu’un micro vient à s’approcher d’elle. La transformation est radicale . C’est un peu le volcan du Piton de la Fournaise qui viendrait à se réveiller, pour réchauffer de ses laves l’univers musical actuel.

Born in Mulhouse, eastern France but with roots on the Réunion Island (close to Mauritiys), Shanycia got the best from the heat of the fire and the cold of ice.
Discovered on stage by one of the Insol'hit projects label A&Rs, Shanycia re-invents the musical style of her time, adding a touch of humor, eroticisim and self-derision, never hesitating to get far from the usual trends of those hit-fashioned styles.
With her catchy melodies sustained by up-to-date rhythms, most often R&B with a touch of electro, but also soulfull ballads. Shanycia plays, in 14 tracks, several roles putting the spotlight on the various twists of our modern society, but also the hopes a new generation can hold in it's hand.
The 1st excerpt of her upcoming album « Bankable » (allusion to the star-system based marketing policy that is ruling the movie business), Bling-Bling depicts the downsides of a society that holds eye-wash as one of it's highest values.
While she might be a bit shy in her everydays life, Shanycia becomes a true energy-bomb as soon as she grabs the mic. She then turns into a burning hot volcano, ready to heat up todays musical scene.
