hi sharon,gary and i have so much to be thankful for..he went for his checkup with his bladder dr. and he got good news,no tumors this time and he doesn't have to go bk for a year,so that was a good thing..he does have some prostate problems,but the dr. gave him some medicine to see how that will work,but other then that hes good..YEAH!!! anyway my friend,i just wanted to ay happy thanksgiving,i hope you all enjoy the day.take care and god bless,love you,tutti
Well, Greg and I have had quite a rough week but it is behind us now and thank goodness, we are thru it..Our step-granddaughter, Haley, passed away from the swine flu. She was only 16. I still can't believe it, really, but it's over now, as her funeral was on Monday, and she is resting forever in Gods' Loving Hands now, and for that Greg and I find great peace. Please stay well everyone, and practice healthy options in your life. Get plenty of rest, and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and try to stay away from red meats if you can. I sit here looking out my bedroom window at the lake, and ask myself, how could something this horrific happen, especially to such a young girl with so much life ahead of her. But, there is no answer, there really isn't. The only thing Greg and I have learned from all of this, is that you must live your life to the fullest, each and every day, be kind to others and show compassion to others' needs and wants and love each other people, love each other with everything within you. Don't fight or argue, don't dread waking up in the morning, don't go to bed angry with yourself or anyone, and always love Mother Earth and try your best to keep her land clean. If you are lucky enough to have a real, true deep love in your life, then don't let that go, not for anything in the world. Do all that you can to strive to preserve that love and cherish it with every ounce of your being. You only have one life, so live each and every day with a "be happy" attitude and always, but always, "Thank God" for all His Blessings. We love you much, Mare and Greg :)
