20 Year old Shaun Anthony's story is taken from the stuff of which dreams are made! He was overheard singing outside his Vocal Tech college one afternoon by Pyramid's Darren Brown as he happened to be passing by. Later that day Shaun found himself singing in a studio as Lemar and the team listened intently - blown away by his talent.
But this was by no means his first public performance. By his early teens Shaun had already performed at The Theatre Royal, Her Majesty's Theatre, and The London Palladium! He attended several Theatre Schools in and around London to quench his thirst for performance, but at home, Shaun was devoted to the sounds of Gospel, Soul and R'n'B. His early idols were Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross and Marvin Gaye but through the years he was inspired by the vocal talents of artists such as Usher, Dru Hill and Boyz II Men. His ultimate idol is Brian McKnight, the source of his motivation and a continuous inspiration for Shaun.
Since being signed to Pyramid Entertainment Shaun has been working with some of the uk's finest writers...
'The experience has been so amazing... one day i was singing on the street... the next day i was recording a song written by Lemar and Fitzgerald Scott... i feel blessed to have met a team of people who understand my voice and have shown nothing but confidence in my ability. (Shaun Anthony).
Shaun is currently working on a 'Soulful Pop' album and his debut single 'Come On Over' is available NOW!.
