I'm certain that he is a chum guzzling slit neck, but he won't go for my chum bucket! Is it possible that I put too many fishguts and not enough chickenblood? Do I need to leave it sitting out overnight to ripen? Or is it possible that he just a mean mf with a fetish for turtlenecks? I really need your help Randy.
