About me:
I am an ever aging man that loves nothing more than a good plate of nachos and 12 pack of beer. I find that it really toughens up the heart. Well ok that is what I used to be like, now I try balance that out with Triathlon in an attempt to keep my heart working for at least a couple more years. I live in Northern Virginia and would love to some day live anywhere else. I am happily married to Julie and we have only one child and she has four legs, a long nose, fur and whines pretty much all the time. I like dirty jokes, sarcasm, laughing, exercising, photography, music, and Heroes. Actually, I pretty much like anything that is engaging. I tend to get bored otherwise. I am pretty easy to get to know. All you have to do is ask and I will talk until your ear hurts.

Who I'd like to meet: the Queen of England because I have never met a Queen, well not a Royalty type Queen, Jerry Garcia, Kurt Vonnegut, Ellen Degeneres (she just makes me laugh plus then I could maybe meet Portia De Rossi as well), Wayne Gretzky (grew up playing hockey), Paul Newman, Fareed Haque, Keller Williams, My birth parents, the Pope, Seth MacFarlan (sp?), and really anyone that is different...hell I'd even kinda like to meet Bill O'Reilly and I can't stand him....just to know what he is like when not on TV. oh yeah and W cuz I gotta try understand that dude.

Hey, I started listening to some podcasts about triathlons (figure since I'm not actually work out I can at least me interested) and the one I just listened to talked about how to get enough calories when you are doing really long distances like the half or full ironman. I can give you the info if you are interest (you probably already know it all since you are super tri guy) Surly
