Shawne is a bay-area transplant from the urban midwestern jungle.
There she teaches noise making and mouse clicking for a company with a fruit-based logo.
When she's not teaching, she's sonically exploring.
She often plays well with others.

A sort of jack of all trades, and following in the theatrical/improvisational footsteps, she often composes for a wide variety of styles/genres/audiences.
This recent grad from the Theatre School at DePaul University has had the pleasure to collaborating with Sansculottes Theatre, Serendipity Theatre, Infusion Theatre, Lakeside Shakespeare, the Irish American Heritage Center, the Goodman Theatre, Four Door Films, etc.
Musical influences include, but by no means are limited to, The Album Leaf, Sigur Ros, Phillip Glass, Erik Satie, Elliot Goldenthal, Sonic Youth, Le Tigre, etc.
Contacts with comments, concerns, questions, or a simple "hello" is always approved.

This is the first 'blast' announcement we're sending in, well, its actually the first ever.
