The Next Wave !
This is the next wave //that is on the move, to the groove// of what good music begins to make a statement// I continue the quest// onward and upward //and search out the sound that is dangling in the distant horizon. There I meet a real real good friend of mine //Jesus //my pal and last great prophetic revolutionary mind// a new promise soon to find// the kind of hope that brings peace so sublime// the time of the hour is ticking slowly quick// the shit that we hang on to// are'nt we fed up of it// I create without structure// or borders// or phases// some days I'm amazed I even know what my name is// The tunes are fantastic// the story is coming full circle// i'm enjoying that sound wave// this sonic blazed brillinat// this razor sharp light// This is freedom of mind// and freedom of being// freedom of soul// where the rules never mind// freedom of idea and thoughts that are twisted// freedom of echoing chasims of truth// so fly forth to daylight// through passges ignite// the emotion of brilliance and flashes of youth// Believe it or not there is much more on the horizon// so much more than imagined//I wait here once again// he will nova all history// with magnificent authority// that darkness shrinks back// as he sees the snake crushed with shoes// the next wave is coming// look up to the sky// your redemption my brotha// will come close in disquise// with sharp hello's and goodbyes.
