Who is Shawn Harris? Shawn Harris is a "NATURAL BLACK ASS"...One night a close friend (FLEX ALEXANDER from upn's "ONE on ONE") dared shawn to go on stage and tell a joke..reluctantly-he did it and now,15+years later SHAWN HARRIS is a force to be reckond with...He began his comedy career in 1994 in NYC, performing at the "Uptown Comedy Club". He was blessed with the opourtunity to perform on Broadway as the world famous "Caroline's Comedy club". Shawn has performed all over the United States from east to west, north and south,even performing abroad (europe). In 1999 Shawn Harris was the opening act on D'eAngelo's "Untitled" tour, the tour took them all the way to Sweeden, Amsterdam, London, Norway, and Paris. Shawn has made several television apperances in sitcoms such as...."Martin", "The Wayan's brothers show", "Cedric the Entertainer presents", BET's Comicview (since 2000),HBO's P.Diddys Bad Boys of comedy,Comedy Central's puppet show "Crank Yankers",Showtime at the Apollo,and numerous talk shows from:Jenny Jones -to- Love Connection.He has supporting roles in 9 movies in Blockbuster and Hollywood Video., "The Watermelon Heist", "So fresh so clean", "Cake", "Livin tha Life", "The Blues", "The other Brothers of Comedy", "You talkin bout me?" (and more)so pick those titles up as soon as possible..... Shawn Has Performed with other comedians such as Mike Blackson,Mike Epps,Dave Chappelle,Shang,Rodney Perry,Katt Williams,Red Grant,Bruce Bruce,D.L Hugley & Bill Bellamy,Sheryl Underwood,Bruce-Bruce,Arnez-J,Pierre,Broman,D-Ray Davis (etc) (just to name a few)
