About Shea Fitzgerald

Hello and welcome to my space. I am a music producer/composer/player/songwriter. For the next while, I will be regularly featuring on "myspace" music that I have written, played on or produced. I hope you enjoy it.

If you're still reading... I have been involved in music production since 1984 when I started my studio, The Music Mint. It's been a bit of a twisty road that has seen me touring as a player with bands (Meav, The Barleyshakes, Paul Brady, Moya Brennan), writing music for the TV industry (TG4's Identity ...and loads more) some advertising jingles (there are 2 movies just to the left of these words.........., ads. I made the music for) and, in a Producer role, making albums and various other recordings with some great people (Will Merriman, Scullion, The Blades, Kíla, The Golden Horde, Tír na nÓg, Paul Brady, Gemma Hayes, Richie Buckley (and Michael and Hugh), Colm O'Snodaigh, Eoin Dillon and many more)

THE WILLIAM BYRNE SHOW	Apr 5 2009 9:20 PM Hi Shea, news has it yis are back on Wednesday evenings in the Ivory doing the Trad. sessions again. Thats great, a few of us used to hold our Cumann Céadaoin nights out in what was then the old McDonagh..s and always enjoyed those Trad. sessions which featured briefly in a 1993 borough documentary called The Heritage of Kings.. im in the Eagle next Sat. night, Walter..s gigs do be great too, best regards mate, Willy Byrne

jamie	Oct 28 2007 6:38 PM hey bro! it was great to meet you too! i loved the gigs you played. lol dad had some stories about the galloping hogans for sure. i told him you and others were trying to get in touch, and he wants to, just hes really busy at work. hes actually managing a contracting company for several multi billion dollar corporations with thousands of store all over the western united states. lol sounds stressful to me. :) anyway im hoping to get him a myspace soon, so hopefully!
