General
Just to start: listening to, playing and buying music, friends, going to shows, food, travel, coffee, tequila, coffee flavored tequila, tattoos/piercing, freaks (within reason), people watching, archery and sometimes playing violent games w/ friends. Big on the social justice. My business, Full Circle Grassroots Consultants. I like people who are just themselves, no ego, no B.S., just genuine. As the layers are pulled back, there are many many interests and likings
Music
I appreciate the history of music and how different genre's profoundly infuence the evolution of music. I love a wide range of music, from jazz to hardcore punk. What makes me happy is alot of Bauhaus, The Clash, The Smiths, Pj Harvey, Sinead, Elvis and Coldplay... a little bit of this a little bit of that...otherwise this would be an long list.

Now about me:
I am an 80's alternative themed Dj in DC...
As a former member of FYM productions, I lent a hand in the success of 80's dance parties, such as the"Depeche Mode Party" and "Cryfest". In 2006, I started up other successful 80's themed Dj Nites, and it is only getting better. Recently, I had the privilege of spinning opening sets for the Psychedelic Furs and the Smithereens.
Simply, I love music and grew up with the awesome 80's...new wave, punk, progressive, goth, industrial, etc. My sets are a clever mix of these genres plus a little bit of what you may not have heard in a while or that one song you may be ashamed of ever liking. Every Dj night is a different mix and always delivered with great energy and verve. Nothing is set in stone, always unpredictable, and I spin off of vinyl records only. Bloodpudding (NYC's Dr. Donut mastermind Bradford Scobie), secretary Lucky T. Morrow (burlesque historian and PhD scholar Lukki) and sultry film noir inspired mood music spun by DJ Momo Taro- these hardboiled burlesque detectives leave no trick unturned and no tassel untwirled. Called "smart, funny and dumb in all the best ways" at the Capital Fringe Festival in DC and "better than Wicked" by some guy in Vermont.

Concrete Alchemy is a tour of 15 visual artists visiting five major urban centers on the East Coast. It is the first tour that creatively combines gallery shows, public panel discussions and numerous murals to present the artists’ unique approach to public arts.

The audience will have chance to view artists’ recently finished canvases and a slideshow of photographs from the previous days of the tour.
