Matt lives in Portland, OR, and has been touring and performing by himself with his loopers/ bass pedals and as a band with Drew Shoals on drums, Jen Harrison on French Horn, Ryan Doliver and Matt Weiers ..s. On the recordings you also hear Kate O'Brien on strings, Brent Knopf on vibes, Andy Parker on drums, and Tom Dietzel on bass guitar.
His first album, called Tigerphobia, was released on June 3rd, 2008.
Gravity and Henry was a rock duo, a collaboration between drummer Jarhid Brown and Matt Sheehy on vocals, guitar and bass. The band is not currently performing live, but the recordings are still good and we put one of them up here. There was talk for a moment of Matt continuing on with the name, but that is no longer the case.
