Hello everyone. Thanks for stopping in to visit my music page. I have been singing since I was ten years old. It was in music class and as a shy little girl, that I first sang publicly and fell in love with music and found my true passion in life. My teacher saw something in me and would often guide and encourage me, assigning me all of the solo performances. I used to sing at festivals and community events when I suddenly found myself focusing on my original material. I grew up with a mix of all kinds of musical influences and am a quiet, yet creative soul. My family and friends always seem to have me entertain them as the spotlighted guest at events, b-days, despite my futile attempts to hide. My sis can tell you that I can never keep quiet or still very long without humming a tune I'm working on or fave song. For those of you that tuned in to the Music Masala interview, between talking to sunil and playing my singles from my EP, I ended up singing everything live on-air from Jingle Bells(I auditioned for choir at ten years of age with that one:), Sade's Sweetest Gift and couple of sweet hindi songs. I have been told that I belt songs out with a R&b twist and fresh approach. I often used to sing for my grandmother, Lila, who passed away a couple of years ago. I remember her everyday, whether I am writing, recording in studio or doing an interview as I reach for her dream too.
Come along with me as I give you a taste of well, something different. My sound is unfiltered, with vocals and songwriting delivered with honesty, vulnerability and I hope eloquence. I thrive on creativity, whether I am writing, performing, recording,etc.. Here's a little more about me:I have a strong social work/child advocacy background, am a busy working Marketing Student at UHV, founder of a media awareness firm and singer/songwriter. A good balance of everything as usual... I often write based upon my experiences and what I'm feeling at the time. I love all music that is real and has something more to say, so hope you guys like the tracks. Ryan Webster did a great job as producer and we worked hard on the EP. Balancing alot right now, thanks for the kind words. Peace out.

This collection is an around-the-world experience that starts in a quasi-spiritual dream state, before taking a quick dip in the Mediterranean ocean, dancing the Tango, and jetting off to a party in the Balkans. It then staggers into an exclusive joint in Istanbul and dances to the hottest international club tunes until the break of dawn.
