About me:
I used to know what to write under things like this. But I guess as life progresses people change, I've changed. It may not seem like it to those around me, or those close to me, but I have. Not exactly on the surface, but deep below that...in that little spot where conscious thought and rationality reside. That one place where you make judgement calls based on what you feel and believe.
In some ways, I'm still finding my path in life and I'm trying to find out who I am...and in other ways I know who I am and I'm just trying to exist and live day-by-day. I'm trying to be make the most of each minute. I do know a few things though. I live with honesty, morality, and deep compassion. I love to laugh and get to know others, I love doing everything and trying new things. All things. Whether its rock climbing or all the way to the other side of the spectrum where salons and shopping are. I can be blunt to a fault, but at least no one has to worry where they stand with me or what I think. All they have to do is just ask.
I also know that I am no one special. Just a common girl with common thoughts. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten. But in one respect I have succeeded as gloriously as anyone who ever lived...I've loved those that matter with all my heart and soul; and to me, this has always been enough...

Who I'd like to meet:
And Lord knows, everyone needs a hero. Courageous, self-sacrificing people. Setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People line up for them, cheer them, scream their names. And years later, they'll tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse of the one who taught them how to hold on a second longer. I believe there's a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble, and finally allows us to die with pride, even though sometimes we have to be steady, and give up the thing we want the most.

she and some other girl were standing outside and a guy the FBI were chasing came running towards them and he was only wearing a towel! he demanded the keys to the car and Katie and the other girl began to beat the shit out of this guy!
I was laughing so hard! she was only in that one scene
