Imagine if a bunch of bands from a variety of styles and backgrounds all decided to play just one song, "Sheets of Easter" by Oneida, with the next band starting just as the last band finished. Well look no further because we decided that idea was best cemented in reality, rather than floating in the realm of "what if's".
Everyone here at Furniture Records is proud to inform you that Sheets of Easter is fucking upon you! Unlike most singles clubs, Sheets of Easter Everywhere will be a very very unique experience. Over the course of 2007 we will be releasing six tapes with very nice packaging(each volume designed by a different artist). Each tape will feature interpretations of Oneida's infamous "Sheets of Easter." Artists and bands of every imaginable genre and standing are participating in what will hopefully go down as the longest/worst collection of music for driving. Of course, "longest/worst" is all relative and when isn't driving somewhat of a terrible experience anyway.
Like a singles club, you will have the option to subscribe for the entire run at a lower cost. The GREAT thing about that is you will definitely receive each of the six tapes as our production will be limited.
