Sheffield Anarchist Federation is a collective of revolutionary class struggle anarchists affiliated to the Anarchist Federation.
We believe that capitalism and the state are to blame for our shit working and living conditions, repetitive lives, the alienation, the wars, the inequality and the destruction of the environment our world faces.
We believe it is possible, through the self-activities of working class and other oppressed people, to create a society that is both decentralised and non-hierarchical, where we all take a role in providing for each other, free from the authority of leaders and prophets.
Some of the things Sheffield Anarchist Federation are involved in are: anti-surveillance/ID campaign -- anti-casualisation campaign against temping agencies -- Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) -- The Fargate Speaker and fighting the rise of the BNP.
Also activists in Sheffield AF are involved in Smash EDO, Roma solidarity, helping defend people on the streets and raising money for initiatives around the world.
