Sheila, singer and dancer was born and raised in England. She is an accomplished poet and Cabaret singer who has performed throughout Asia, Europe and the U.S.A.
Sheila was a favorite of 'Cafe de Paris' in San Francisco for many years and performed in the shows, "Day At The Bay' and 'A Caberet of a 1000 faces.' in San Francisco. At present she is touring the USA and is also getting ready to publish her book: "The Frozen Daffodil."

“A light as pure as an Angels Glow A gentle breeze sparks a flickering light to Heavens Path. Through the open window flies a brown majestic Moth He dances round the table cloth Fluttering flirtatiously enticed to the flame Like water to a cloud and flowers in the rain.
An aura of starlight Glowing embers of radiance so clear You take away the darkness The hopelessness, the fear.

When you get down to it, we basically go back and forth between two basic emotions: love and fear. Fear can be healthy(fear of walking into traffic for instance) but most of the time, it's an unreal movie we are playing in our head. Fear prevents us from living our dreams, from taking chances, from living our lives the way would like to. Our fears hold us prisoner in jails of our own making. Only when we live through the eyes of love and not fear can we be truly authentic and true to ourselves.
Today, I have a simple question for you. Please ponder it. And find a way to act on it. What risks would you take if you weren't afraid? Wishing you a wonderful week ahead,

Happy Friday 13th! Energy is neither good nor bad, it is how we decide to use that energy that defines who we are and the kind of experiences we have. Friday 13th is a powerful day, but not one to be feared. We must always remember that whatever we think about we will attract into our lives. By keeping our thoughts positive and proactive this powerful stream of energy can be used to bring good things into our lives. So don’t face today with fear but look at it as a day as any other filled with possibilities, it is a powerful day none the less so choose to use the energy wisely! “My Cat.”
“My cat leaps around the garden fence Pouncing on anything that moves There’s no defence Sleeps for hours and sometimes days Bathing in the summer rays Hibernating in the winter cold Prowling, howelling meowing so bold My cat is quick, sleek, reactions unique If I ever return as a bird or a mouse then I am going to leave my house When I am due to travel away my cat sulks for days Moody before and then turns his back as I return to the door Feeding him food from a tin Is considered by my feline friend a cardinal sin He sits and looks at me in disgust This is not what I want for my breakfast. “Give me lean chicken, salmon or fresh beluga Or I’ll slash the side of your chair like Freddy Kruger My claws are sharp I will reduce your coat To the texture and look of an old Nanny goat I go to sit in my favourite chair In front of the fire and guess whose there! Asleep in my bed I awake with surprise As a purring nose pokes me straight in the eyes! I now understand the word perfection Is all about my cats affection Even when he wreaks the place I live A look from those saucer green eyes makes me forget and forgive. My cat has a spiritual link, a supernatural perception Something that humans have no connection I can only watch look and admire all of that Oh…I forgot to mention. My cat is An Acrobat.”

It is a magical interval when the mundane laws of time and space are temporarily suspended, and the Thin Veil between the worlds is lifted. Communicating with ancestors and departed loved ones is easy at this time, for they journey through this world on their way to the Summerlands.
The happiest person doesn't have the best of everything in life. Perhaps he is just good in making the best of everything that life brings along his way. Stay happy always!
