Once upon a time there was an Australian jazz singer called Cathi, a Liverpudlian session singer called Emma and a Welsh musical theatre actress called Carly who all dreamed of travelling the world singing Motown and disco songs to thousands of people; thereby spreading happiness wherever they went…
One day, these three lovely singers found themselves in a TV commercial for Sheilas’ Wheels car insurance. Dressed up in pink sequinned gowns in the back of a pink Cadillac, being driven by a dead kangaroo with a chauffeur’s hat, The Sheilas made their way into the hearts of the nation as they bounced across our TV screens.
And so the fairytale began and The Sheilas are now fulfilling their dream and bringing great songs to all who wish to hear them…
