Influences
Probably too many to mention here but to name a few: Classic Rock and vocal groups (I.E. Eagles. Outlaws), Folk (Dylan, James Taylor), Bluegrass, Country (old and new), and even some R&B thrown in for that soulful feel.
Sounds Like
Ourselves.....Who want's to sound like somene who's already made their mark, they've paid their dues...we just do it our own way :)
Sheldon Road is an Acoustic/Vocal trio featuring the combined talents of Ken Adams, Paul Martin and Randy Hamilton. Hailing from the Lawrence County, Ohio area, this trio performs an eclectic mix of music layering powerful vocal harmonies over that sweet acoustic instrument sound.
Having been formed in early 2006, Sheldon Road is fast becoming a regional must-see act.
Their performance style is intimate, relaxed, approachable, and personable. Their performance draws from diverse influences including country, folk, classic rock, and bluegrass, but rendered in a manner that is uniquely Sheldon Road.
Says one group member "We can't believe the response of the audiences we meet. Our fan base is building so quickly with so many great people. This is not an ego thing. We are about sharing music and apparently, people sense that. The doors are flying open for us."

Please submit your artist news and events to CountryHome Forum to help your artists to get well known better in Europe. I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
Thanks
Christian
