I am single, a trained librarian who loves reading, writing poetry and listening to my favorite music. I'm a born again Christian who was raised in Connecticut. I moved to New York to attend graduate school and upon graduating, I made Brooklyn my home. I have been writing poetry for many years, rhyming poetry being my favorite form. I am learning the art of Haiku and Tanka poetry writing and I also enjoy writing Cinquains, Rondelets and Sonnets. I worked in corporate America for more than fifteen years as a documentation specialist. Presently I work in a university in New York.
