ok fine, i'll update this section...why am i in a wheelchair now you may want to know. long story, it happened sept. 29, 2005 after the widespread panic show. yeah its permanent, but there are worse things. i'll tell ya what happened if ya ask. that means you might want to know more about me. i'm back to work at a local natural foods co-op. i like to go to concerts, sew, camp, and shop at thrift stores.

FGC is back at the Yacht Club in Iowa City on Saturday for the first time since February, and we can't wait to throw down for you all!

FGCâ€™s got three great shows coming up in Iowa this month! This Thursday is an Iowa City show with bass phenomenon Victor Wooten, and next weekend we hit the Redstone Room in Davenport and DGâ€™s in Ames.

Hey girl. How are you? Did you have fun at Yonder Mt? I'm putting on a back to school concert at the Marshalltown Court House square called FARM Fest, which stands for Friends, Art, Recreation, and Music. It is Saturday, August 29^th from 4-10, and there are 4 live bands and lots of fun activities, games, raffles, contests, food, crafts, vendors... thanks. i hope they sell. they were ones our local record store couldn't sell like Rudolph the Red Nose Reighndeer, The story of the boy who cried wolf, and my wife the dancer :) there were a couple in the box like Wilie Nelson and Hank Williams Jr that I kept. let me know if you're ever sellin your creations at a festi, farmers market, or event. I'd love for you to sell some at my Aug 29th deal if you'd want. peace, sarah
