I now sell ACEO's (which are miniature works of art the size of trading cards) on Ebay under the i.d. shellrose., These tiny works of art are a great way to collect original art at a reasonable price. Other items, such as hand-sculpted faces, personalized portrait cards, and more will follow.
In being an artist for over 20 years,I have worked on many fulfilling projects, such as creating a line of rubber stamps for scrapbooking, window displays for a natural history museum, illustrations for children's books, logos for businesses, and most recently I've done several murals for the local public school system as well as in private homes, and in the San Bernardino County Museum.
My style of art is eclectic, from fine art to illustrations for children's books.
My interests in art are diverse, as I enjoy creating through watercolors, acrylics, computer manipulated art, photography, sculpture and so much more. The subject matter is diverse as well. I may paint an angel, a mermaid a fairy or a snail. Perhaps I'll create an art doll or a collage of vintage items. Nature always inspires me, as do the magical, mystical elements of life...real or imagined!
You just never know where inspiration will lead me, so check back often. Hopefully, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise!
