shemale ZERO is a one-man genderfuck/queercore music and art project, influenced by the b-horro movies, the porno industry, the 70s and the early 80s fashion and lifestyle spent through the perverted synthetic prism of Stefan von Flesh, who’s also responsible for the vocals, the lyrics, pianos, the arrangement, the recordings and the appearance. He was joined a year ago by David Seaman, who takes care of the synths and pianos live. During the past year, shemale ZERO has opened for bands such as Diary of Dreams and Combichrist.
The project is a puzzle of different subject matters, problems, affinities and directions during the 70-80ies years, but qoted out of their time context, they cofigure a new whole issue, orientated to the future of a more tolerant world.
The music is a game between underground styles like synth and 8-bit punk, psychobilly, darkpunk, deathrock, dark cabaret and minimal sweetened with some gay pop and transvestism.
