Hey there I thought I should let you know he just got sentenced 180 days for the DUI with time served of 135 and three years for the Battery! he will be going to the Idaho State Pen.

Well I went to see him today he says "Make sure you tell Shep thank you again" so there ya go!! he's doing so much better, did I tell you he had an evaluation and he is fully funded for a rehab, so hoping Aug 4 he will go to the port of hope!! YAY for CONTACT visit!! lol Hope all is well with you and your family!
I know isn't it super, Well he doesn't think they are going to and either does his attorney! he will be out and on state probation for 2 years!! they have a few options in sentencing either he will stay in canyon till Jan or do a 6 month rider at cotton wood or again work release or out on drug court! he just had to do a pre-trail evaluation for evidence! which I know he did great one! all we can do is pray!! but his mom is way better now knowing he isn't doing years!!
