OK TIME TO RANT. Every AMERICAN needs to wake up. Our way of life (life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness) is slowly being undermined by the US Government that has been gradually over reaching it's constitutional authority. The Executive branch, the Legislative Branch and especially the Judicial branch have become too powerful and invasive. The cost of GOVERNMENT REGULATION alone is 1.4 TRILLION dollars a year. That is $4242 for EVERY MAN, WOMAN, and CHILD EVERY YEAR. More than enough tax dollars for everyone to pay for excellent health care insurance. This is just ONE example of how getting the Government the hell out of our lives and business can solve a lot of our problems. Government involvement caused the problems in the mortgage industry and the ensuing bad economy and now they think they can tax and spend our way out?? This country was built on limited government for a reason. Government is necessary for some common good such as defense, public safety, and infrastructure, but beyond that it has no business in 90% of what it is currently involved in. READ YOUR CONSTITUTION, TEACH IT TO YOUR CHILDREN. It has worked for over 200 years. Nothing is perfect, but this is still the best damn system on earth and we don't need to take it for granted. If we continue on this path, our children and grand-children will not be able to enjoy the freedom that we have enjoyed for so many years. We are leaving them un-imaginable debt. Over 7 trillion in bailouts and government programs recently...did you know if you counted from 1 to 1 Trillion at $1 per second, it would take you almost 32,000 YEARS?? Think about that. Is free THIS or government provided THAT really worth losing ANY of your freedom? What is YOUR price??
Hey Shep, Been in Korn's studio all week recording tracks for my Against All Will band The sheptone AB set in my Historic Makeover makes that guitar sing like a bird. Best PAF clone out there. Wow... Set for stun.
Sorry it's been so long. Love the new pickups you sent! My Les Paul sounds like a Les Paul now! Big open sounding humbuckers!! Who woulda thunk!? Oh and the light age on the covers was perfect for my 58 re-issue! Thanks so much for everything!
consistently mindblowing tones come from that tribute set i have. keep doing what you are doin, cos its got the THING of great sound in big fat bold letters.
I just got the 9K's w/the aged covers. I think I'll take them out of my guitar, frame them, and put them on the wall, as they are simply TOO GOOD to ever be played again! No more words...

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I put your PAF replica on my ES175 and I am very happy about it, very balanced warm and smooth. The high notes are rounder, fatter and without that shrill sound I had with the stock pickpus.Great pickups, I think I will order more in the future.
hi Shep, went over to Andy Brauer's place last week and picked up a set of the AB build Sheptone pickups for Strat. At first I had them in a 2 color sunburst body with a maple board Malmsteen neck and although they sounded really good, I figured that neck in particular was too bright for them. So today I finally found some time to drop them into a Classic Player 60s Sunburst Strat with a rosewood board and WOW what a difference. I'm blown away by these pickups and I know I'm going to be recording a bunch with them, through my Marshall Major PA.
Possibly the best imaging I've ever heard in a pickup. There are a lot of great pickups out there, but these are almost 3D. Is that possible? Yeah I think so! So thank you!!! I'm sure I'll be ordering more of your pickups in future. They bring the big sound.
