"FROM WHERE I SIT" - This is how I occupied my fingers when I attended church services. Then I Photoshopped the drawings and inserted the "Circle Of Love" song for the background music.
"THE SNAIL" - This video was one of my Animation Class assignments. I scanned a black and white picture from the newspaper, colored it in photoshop, drew the 'snail,' made the noises vocally and it became my professor's favorite. Go figure! For you, I added the title and drum beats. lol

As a multiple gold record producer and singer-songwriter, I started performing as a soloist in church at the age of two. Then at age four, I began harmonizing, singing alto parts in vocal duets with my 2 year old sister. With early nurturing from my musician/composer grandmother, I continued to develop my natural abilities for all phases of the performing arts, through school, college, community and professional workshops.
My acting career began in elementary school plays. While attending High School, I starred in several drama productions, was a principal soloist with the school choir and participated in student leadership and athletics while maintaining scholarship excellence. I continued this same pattern throughout my Los Angeles City College years through Graduation from UCLA.
At the age of 10 yrs I began setting bible verses to music to help children learn bible texts. I've written and arranged over 500 songs, both secular and sacred, children's musical-comedies, movie themes, and several commercials. I've created innumerable vocal arrangements. Many of my works are currently being performed internationally on recordings, television, internet, radio, and in churches and schools.
After earning my living for several years as a Medical Social Worker, in December of 1964, I embarked on a career in the music industry, barely reflected by my abundant (but here abbreviated) resume.
Writing, singing and producing for Mirwood Records, I created most of their early hits for artists: Jackie Lee, The Olympics, Bobby Garrett, The Mirettes, The Belles and Bob & Earl.
After leaving Randy Wood's company, I signed with Motown Records as a singer, songwriter, producer & vocal arranger. During this period I wrote and produced recordings for: The Jackson Five, The Supremes, Diana Ross & Marvin Gaye, Martha & The Vandellas, The Four Tops, The Blackberries (Me, Venetta Fields & Clydie King) , The Celebration and Stacie Johnson. I also collaborated with writers, Deke Richards, Frank Wilson, and Marva Holiday on many of the above projects.
The Motown artists with whom I've performed onstage are: Diana Ross and Lionel Richie and the Commodores.

My voice has become a familiar sound as a result of my work in voice-overs, commercials and as backup for hundreds of popular recording artists. Several of the songs you might be familiar with are "Stayin' Alive" with the BeeGees, "With A Little Help From My Friends," "Feelin' Alright," and "The Letter" with Joe Cocker, "Touch Me In The Morning," with Diana Ross, The "Aja" album with Steely Dan, "Take Me In Your Arms (Rock Me a Little While)" and "I Been Workin' On You" with The Doobie Brothers, "The Bitch Is Back" with Elton John and "Sweet Home Alabama" with Lynyrd Skynyrd produced by Al Kooper, plus "You're No Good" and "The First Cut Is The Deepest" with Linda Ronstadt.
I lived and worked extensively in Australia from 1984 through 1988. While there, I worked with Venetta Fields and Chong Lim in three groups,'Yu En,' 'Venetta's Taxi,' and 'The Gospel Jubilee.' During this time, I formed and recorded an 8-member group of children called, BABE. Currently, one of the members of that group is Murray Golding, a successful Australian singer/model. He is the hot lead singer of "Kamp David," one of my Top 40 friends. I toured that country as a background singer with pop star Tim Finn," also 'Skunk' Baxter and "My Old School" band. I also shared the stage with my co-singers, Tony Faeshe and Robert Price, in the groups, "The Hi Tones" and "Zwa-Da-Vee."
My new solo CD, "We Come As One" (10 sacred songs gone bad) has just been released. My cover label features a comically drawn self-portrait. I'm offering, raw renditions of 10 original sacred songs. I call it "the worst CD you've ever heard," because the sing-worthy songs were recorded over the years in my home studios, with obvious flaws. Enjoy! LOL

A replenishing thought that just crossed my mind, thereby that of which I am going to share with you, my family, both personal and extended, friends, kith and kin, to somewhat help us to all shine, a little mo'e brighter, for show, and tell, but for real though, you know how it go, like the ninety nine deal, it really equals 9, another sign of out of the many, on the real, deal, there is still just 1, when you add it all up, how is that for some basic mathematic fun!
Your Uniqueness knows, only the bounds on the grounds and sounds that you put down as you make your rounds on this sacred Earthly ground, for as long as, you are around, so Mr. or Ms. Good-to-great, I decided to request and invited you for a friend, and to that end, I have no regrets. And to answer your question of what you sound and looks like to me? I pose these questions, and that is basically what do you sound, and look like to you? How do you see yourself within our rife, Ecology of life's scheme of things, as a human being? Best wishes for you to keep on being you, and doing you, uniquely, your style, you know how you do, with continued better success, with all of your good, heart, of hearts inspired, desires for what you aspires too, on how you see yourself, hopefully in good health and happiness by the permissive will, grace and mercy of the God of the Heavens and this Planet Earth of your understanding! For ultimately after the preachers, preach, and or after the great teachers, teach, it is according to your faith, vision and conviction, so be, it, unto you!
