This is who I am...
I am a girl who simply loves birds. I am fascinated by them. When I’m not listing, counting, chasing, or competing in bird watching related activities, I simply enjoy just watching them for hours. I love being outdoors observing wildlife. There is something about the natural world that captivates me. It enlightens my spirit and brings me joy. Birds and wildlife are full of pure, positive energy. I would like to see the world through their perspective. When I am outdoors I am always in a state of appreciation and grateful to be on this earth enjoying it’s beauty. The world is such a magnificent place. I invite you to join me by reading about my adventures in my Blogs. I usually include photos so my readers get to see what I experience as though they were right along with me. Thank you for stopping by my page – Enjoy!

*Update* New Camera!
I have a Canon EOS Rebel XSi 450D with a 100-400mm lens. I have barely used it yet, so stay tuned for new photos coming soon!
All the photos on my page including the ones in my Photo Albums and Blogs were taken by me. I like to carry a Canon Powershot S5 IS Point & Shoot Digital Camera (12x Optical Zoom, 8.0 MP) around my neck during my outdoor adventures. It is a great camera for what I do, though I liked my S2 better. (Quite a few of the photos on my page were taken with my S2). I also use my Canon PowerShot A570 IS Point & Shoot Camera (4x Optical Zoom, 7.1 MP) that I attach to my Fujinon 80ED Spotting Scope w/20 x 60 eyepiece using a universal mounting bracket called Digiscoping. I am not using professional equipment, just your average everyday point & shoot digital cameras. I make all my banners and edit my photos with PhotoShop CS. I like getting creative in Photoshop. I hope you enjoy my photographs as much as I enjoy taking them. Oh and if you haven’t figured it out already, my favorite subject to photograph is birds, but if the opportunity arises for a decent shot of a reptile, mammal, insect, flower, or landscape then I simply can’t resist photographing them as well.
