About me:

Because of deceit and lies.... my life recently changed..BUT for the better.....I now live back in my hometown Visalia and I AM LOVING IT! I feel like I have my life back because for 18 years it wasn't mine. I always did for someone else (WHO BY THE WAY, DID NOT APPRECIATE IT) and I no longer have to do that! Abandonment is a harsh word. But it fits...how can someone create a family with you and then just walk away? I guess you can now say I have trust issues. I will never trust my heart to anyone again! I am searching for "myself" ....I let go of so many things I loved to do....lost my identity. People tend to get caught up in making someone else happy, that they forget about their own happiness. This is where it gets better. As time goes by, I find little pieces of who Sherri use to be... One thing I already know and love about myself is the fact that I am a fantastic Mom...! The only people I love doing for now, are my two precious jewels... ♥My daughters♥ Taylor and Kayley. I love being back near my family.....and friends. Where I lived before I wasn't close to any of them. The drive and just "a busy life in general"...kept us apart. So I am lov'in,lov'in,lov'in it!!!!!! I am especially closer to my baby brother, Gary. He has really helped me through this change in my life. I don't think I would have survived without him! Also stepping up and being the male influence in my beautiful girls life is awesome....Way to go Uncle Gary!!! My other family and friends (especially Frannie) helped too. I have come to realize that I CAN take care of myself and my daughters without anyone elses help......it's hard work...but worth every second of the day! I now have so much more respect for single Mom's!! I am pretty easy going. It doesn't take much to entertain me... I love kicking back with family and friends. When it comes to drinking....STARBUCKS is as strong as I get. Starbucks is my vice!!! It keeps me going when I need to > ♥ love the caffeine...! Being with my daughters is top priority to me. I am happy when they are. This is my main goal in life right now...their welfare and happiness! As a matter of fact, when looking at life through their happy eyes...it helps me find more parts of myself! I sound kind of boring, but hey... AT LEAST I KNOW WHAT MY PRIORITIES ARE!!! I also love a good movie, love to read...the book's story line or the author's writing style has to capture me within the first five or six pages. Music...I love music! Usually listen while driving...seems wrong not to have a CD in the player! Getting in my PT Cruiser and heading out with no particular destination in mind, just driving to see where it takes me is something else I like to do. Grilling, cooking and hanging out is always fun...at the girl's pad. (That's Mom's,Tayrawr's and Kayley Bug's pad) NO GUYS ALLOWED UNLESS PERSONALLY INVITED! Just kidding! =) I collect cookbooks and love to try out new recipes....I also love photography and the computer. Creating in Photoshop CS3 is one of my favorite hobbies you might find me doing when I'm not busy with my girls...Well that's pretty much it...if you are looking for a new friend send me a request! - =REMEMBER= I'm here in this little space for FRIENDS ONLY! - Thanks for reading about me...you can quit yawning now....... ♥ :P
