Receive a 1 hour consultation session with a Training Manager from LA Fitness to set goals for your success, learn how to use weight machines, and determine your body composition.
Weekly weigh in each Monday
Each team will be featured on their own website – Stories, weight loss etc…Your friends and family can watch your teams success!
