    Sherrisse Naomi Stroude was born blessed with an amazing voice and has been singing since she took her first step. She went from singing various nursery rhymes at age one to wooing crowds at the age of six with performances at the Cardiff Castle, The Millennium Centre, Chapter Arts Theatre and The Big Weekend. These were just a few of the venues she performed at through a musical project called “Expressions of the Young Kind”. She was also able to secure a spot on Michael Barrymore’s “My Kind of People” at the age of just eight. By the time she was ten, Sherrisse joined a girl group called Shades. They recorded a song written and produced by Paul Weston entitled, “We are the Future” which was sold to raise money for BBC Children In Need. This led to Shades appearing on S4C news singing live to thousands. Sherrisse auditioned for S-Club Juniors and impressively reached the final 20. sherrisse has also been involved with the knife crime project it doesn't have to happen doing song with sound progression to make more awareness of todays knife crime Over the years, Sherrisse has blossomed into an 18 year old woman heavily influenced by Jazz, Blues and R&B. She is a quick learner and has discovered her own style of writing and performing her own songs in a short period of time. Sherrisse is currently working with some great artists such as T-Zer, Kristi, flex(highrise) and young monk and treal city from across the pond and a great producer by the name of Kalamity and waldorf and much more exciting collaborations are still to come.

    Everytime I send out an update I have to start with, 'Sorry I have been a bit quiet lately... it has been really manic here!
    Have just finished mixing the new Supergene CD  'Secret Lies And Broken Machines'. It is a really fantastic album, with something unique in every track.
    Also doing a spot of recording with those lovely boys 'Goldie Looking Chain', for an advert on Real Radio. Hope they can bleep out the swearing and still have some text left!
    GLC are also one of the headline acts at the Wales Rugby Village on the 13th November. This is the biggest event we have hosted so far, and it is looking good for selling out the 5500 seats at the CIA in Cardiff. Also appearing are Prithchard and Dainton from Dirty Sanchez, the late Stuart Cables 'Killing 4 Company', Supergene, 4th Street Traffic and... oh just read the poster!


    I tell you what... the tickets are so cheap it is worth flying in for! Also appearing will be AL STEELE!... playing for Paul Child and doubling as stage manager + hitting a metal pipe for Supergene! Should be a great day.
    4 days after that the family and I are going on holiday... we'll need it!
