What happens when you put two VERY different seasoned songwriting musicians together in a room and lock the door? You end up with a very interesting series of events and conversations including: "... you're always saying things that make me want to kill you!" and yes... that's really what SHE SAID! Kerryn Vaughan and Melissa Pollard are both well-known for their songwriting and live performances and have been gigging separately for many years. What brought them together can only be described as fate. Call it amazing, call it cruel - but one thing is for sure - it will never be called boring. This "odd-coupling" join forces to create a "power-house duo" that will be sure to set hearts on fire and maybe even challenge the way you feel about many things. Through their music they use passion and humour and make a call for change, "If we do not use our gifts to make a positive impact on this world, we are squandering them and missing out on an amazing opportunity to contribute to something so much bigger and more important than ourselves." She Said are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in. They are passionate animal activists and will always bat for the underdog in the hope that one day there will be equality and justice for all.
