Dollhouse uit Zweden, het land dat de rock-revival al jaren hoog in het vaandel heeft staan, brengt een explosieve mix van punk, rock 'n soul. En neeeeee, geen afgezaagde flauwe Lenny Kravitz meuk maar gewoon goede opgefokte 70's punk met een flinke dosis Stax. Deze band is 'ontdekt' door MC5 bassist Michael Davis, die zijn eigen band er in terug hoorde. Er is geen band die dichter bij het toendertijd té harde en vooral ver vooruitstrevende geluid van de legendarische detroit band MC5 komt dan de nieuwe Zweedse rockhelden 'Dollhouse'. Nog een leuk weetje is dat hun vaste band producer niemand minder is dan: Nicke 'Royale' Andersson! (The Hellacopters/Entombed/Solution) , waarmee Dollhouse dus garant staat voor analoge rauwe producties!
De support van vanavond is het nú al legendarische Rotterdamse Viper Cobra! Hoe kan het ook anders met zo'n naam? En dat terwijl dit hun debuutshow zal zijn! Op gitaar & lead vocals, Nederlands eigen Keith Richards' Sjarm 13 (ex-Modern Life Is War Razor Cruzade / The White Suicide), Gary White op gitaar en lead vocals (ex-The White Suicide), Silas Hellfire (ex-H.O.T.T!) op bass en niemand anders dan 'highschool drop-out' Rudy 'Mr. Boogie' Ross (ex-The White Suicide) op Ludwig drums en gin'tonics!

Ik deed grafisch vormgeven, had niet genoeg procent en mijn mentor had verteld dat ze wel kon regelen om mij het jaar over te laten doen, omdat ik was problemen had enzo. Nou goed ik blij, belt ze me in de zomer vakantie op, ja je kan na de zomer toch niet meer terug komen, je kan het het jaar daarop wel weer proberen! DOEEEEI PFFF.
Maar het feestje was wel oke zaterdag, beetje gaarheid en mensen gaar, maar opzich muziek was wel tof en de sfeer ook. Ga je naar motel mozaique? xx
