A dynamic talent laced with a unique style, magnetic presence and rich cultural background, Shifta is an artist that cannot go unnoticed. Widely recognized and rated internationally for his lyrical versatility, intoxicating charisma, electrifying music videos and explosive performances, he has, for the last couple years, taken the music industry by storm.
Shifta’s inherent musical talent revealed itself at a very young age. Shifta’s father, Daddy Fras aka Piper of Piper Records, gave some of Jamaica’s most prevalent names, Reggie Stepper and Lady Saw, their first record cuts. With this vast exposure to these many great talents, Shifta gravitated to the local reggae/dancehall scene, continuing his love affair with the genre when he migrated to Miami. Shifta’s passion for music led him to begin writing and recording music with local producers and artists. His relentless pursuit attracted the attention of not only the grassroots dancehall cult following but the general market as well. While his outstanding leadership skills spawned the "Fras Krew", a group of individuals working together to create a portfolio of razor sharp talent with innovative business expertise.
He knew though that before he could create the Caribbean entertainment movement he had envisioned, he would first need to capture the hearts and support of the core market of reggae/dancehall music, Jamaica. So he made a pivotal decision to move back to his homeland and build a force behind him from the streets of Jamaica, one of the toughest entertainment industries in the world. Shifta thus utilized every recording opportunity that came his way, making a name for himself on a broad scale, while also establishing his Timeless brand of music in the dancehall community. This led to Shifta performing in numerous concerts and television programs throughout the United States and the Caribbean, while also touring in Europe, Asia, South America & Africa, where he was eagerly embraced by thousands of fervent music lovers.

In addition to his advances as an artist, Shifta has managed to start his own Entertainment Company (Timeless Entertainment), clothing-line (Timeless Gear), and non-profit organization (Timeless Association). With operations in existence for five and half years, all three of these ventures have had tremendous success in the U.S., Jamaica, and Europe.
While keeping strong ties to Jamaica, Shifta, 24, is back in Miami producing material for his forthcoming debut album. With the release of his hot new single - “Do It” ft. Flo-Rida – he’s ready to take his rightful place among the fellow hip-hop/reggae stars that that have paved the way and pioneered the genre. Mixed with a catchy Miami style dance melody and a distinct Jamaican “riddim”. Shifta's official debut single "Do It" ft. Flo-Rida has has already popped off on national radio in the U.S. and enjoyed a viral on-line buzz internationally .
