Shiminy Cricket Entertainment (SCE) provides newcomers and established artists alike with an outlet for creativity and personal enjoyment as well as a platform for a younger generation of artists and innovators to be heard and seen. We do this by producing transformative events that we like to call Theatrical Performance Showcases with some of the hottest up-and-coming bands and DJs that you wanna hear obliterate boundaries and create new genres. The eye candy complementing the music is provided by art displays submitted by local painters, photographers and digital artists. Shiminy Cricket is committed to our belief that artists should showcase their talents and express their visions without compromising ideals or censoring creative expression. Our values allow us to utilize grass-roots & guerrilla marketing techniques and innovative promotional campaigns to nurture young, local talents who are unfazed by the existing trend of rampant commercialism in the Arts and are willing to fearlessly and relentlessly explore new mediums of creativity.
