I was born on January 21 1962 in Southern Indiana
where I was raised. I did a lot of singing in a small country church in
Paris Crossing Indiana. This is where I first discovered my love of music
and singing.
Over the years I have had several
bands of my own and also performed with great artists such as David
Frizzell, Tommy Cash, Jack Green, Helen Cornelius, Jeannie Seely & Jan
Howard. I have opened for other artists such as Gene Watson, Debra Allen,
Eddie Raven, John Cowan & Crystal Gayle, Sam Bush, Rhonda
Vincent, Doug Stone, Jack Green, Dale Ann Bradley, Eddie Raven, Billy Jo
Royal.
I performed at the Scottsburg
Jamboree in Scottsburg Indiana doing harmony and vocals for 6
years. On occasion I also perform with a bluegrass band called 1100 South
and Gospel band called Grafted with my Husband Tony Bryant.
I have performed at the Little
Nashville Opry in Nashville Indiana over the last 15 years.
Also at Tootsies, Second Fiddle, the Legends Corner, Nashville Palace, &
others in Nashville Tennessee.
I
have also appeared with and
recorded a CD with Nashville Artist & Star David Frizzell which can be
heard on my
media page.
My
husband Tony and I
have a charity for kids who can’t afford musical instruments of their own
called “Let the Children Play” where we have made a recording called
“Forever Friends and all proceeds for concerts, CD’s t-shirts & product go
to the charity.
Thanks For Checking out my website and my MySpace page
That's too good! I think Tony may have been born in the wrong era. Ironically, I'm watching the movie Tombstone right now and I could see him in that movie.
God Bless you and good luck! It's been such a blessing to spend the last couple of years playing music with you and Tony. We're going to miss you terribly, but we're so happy for both of you! You've worked really hard and it's your time to shine in the Branson Star Theatre! We love you guys!!!
Hi Shirley, Love your new MySpace. Can't wait to see you again in Branson Mo. Miss Seeing you and Tony every weekend. God Bless you both. Love Bill and Phyllis
