"The final performer, Ashley Bilodeau of Massachusetts, gave off a vibe reminiscent of Lisa Kudrow on "Friends," but fortunately, she didn't sing about smelly cats. Her awkward nervousness gave way to bright, throaty and confident vocals not unlike Jewel or Natalie Merchant.
Just when it seemed she was calm, cool and collected, her nervousness came through again. "Gwar is over there, and I'm like a blonde-haired girl, and they're like, 'Bleeaahhh!'" she yelled, waving her hands in Gwar-induced hysteria.
