Shock & Awe Showcase is a sub-group of Sledge TV, who is powered by Sledge641, TheNightScene[dot]net, Laredo's Voice & Studio V2. We will keep wrecking bars, show after show, until your face is left permanently in Shock & Awe. Featuring bands from all over Texas, guest Djs, visual works, Shock & Awe is simply a party you cannot miss.

Shock & Awe started out as a movement in the local music scene. Sledge TV and its affiliates set out to put on 12 monster summer shows. We settled on the name "Shock & Awe" not because of its political connotations, but because it encompassed everything we wanted to say about what our venture. Independent and different... Colorful and weird... We wanted to drop a bomb on our town, opening the eyes and ears to a cache of talented artists, visual and musical.
Now that our showcases are over for the summer, our goal is to get great bands heard.
