Following on from Rocky Horror, Shock Treatment is set several years later in Brad and Janet Majors' hometown - which has since become a giant TV station; residents are either participants or viewers. Now married, their love life has began to fall to pieces. Determined to fix their marriage, Janet has Brad imprisoned on the tv program "Dentonvale" (the local mental hospital) while Janet is conscripted to become a new star of the show. DownHome Decadence, West Virginia’s ULTIMATE Rocky Horror Picture Show Experience, will be hosting a Wild and Wonderful Two-Day Rockypalooza featuring more Rocky Horror related fun than you could possibly imagine.
The main event of the weekend will be screenings of the midnight cult classic on both Friday & Saturday night at the Cinema Theatre on 4th ave. There will also be special screenings of the Rocky Horror Picture Show sequel, Shock Treatment, as well as the Brian De Palma classic musical masterpiece, Phantom of the Paradise in the Marco's Room at Marshall University Memorial Student Center.
There will be several mini-parties during We Are… Rocky! for you to enjoy as well!
