Shokka Family is a blend of hip-hop and rock and roll that has yet to be done by other bands. We are a genre of our own. We mix all the music that we love together and the outcome is a musical experience like you have never heard before.

Shokka Family is a diverse blend of a few of Cincinnati's most talented artists and best friends' musical influences wrapped up in a garage-oriented Hip-Hop/Rock/Jazz/Funk/Etc. explosion. Shokka Family is composed of the two founding members Joey Slant & KP on Lead Vocals; Ben Teeter on Lead Guitar/Vocals, Juan Love on Bass Guitar/Vocals and Simon Land on the Drums/Percussion. Shokka Family has been performing and recording together since 2003. The music Shokka Family puts out has been regarded as diverse, energetic, and as an all around party-starting style in a genre of its own. Shokka Family has very close personal and business connections to many artists, promoters, and clubs in Cincinnati's thriving Music & Nightlife scene. One thing that sets Shokka Family apart from other bands is their ability to rock multiple genres of shows with a great response. They have performed at venues ranging from underground hip-hop shows, strictly acoustic sets, to heavy metal/rock festivals with 400+ in attendance. No matter what you're into, Shokka Family is just right for you.
Poetstock 2009!
Never before has this been done, and hopefully it will be successfully repeated after this all over the world, again and again….
Our aim is to bring together poets from all over, who produce all
genres of poetry for a night of mingling, poetry, shameless self
promotion…. Each poet will have the poetry to read their work on
stage, sell their work to those who would like to buy, and mingle with
the best poets of our generation.
It will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 9 PM at STUDIO PARK; 1519 Carroll Dr
Atlanta, GA 30318-3605

It has 262,000 miles on it from mostly from up North, so it was pretty well rusted out. I decided to just cut it off making the departure angle good. It has custom springs up front with the axle pushed forward five inches, custom rear springs, dual cases and custom bumpers.
